PLACING AN ORDER
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that TimberwolvesTeamStore.com has received the order. At the time of shipment, an additional email will be sent. The confirmation will contain the order number, order detail, and shipping method.

Once you place an order, that order cannot be changed by you. Please contact us for more information on canceling your order. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled once it is entered into our system.
Should an item you ordered be unavailable, you will be charged only for the items shipped to you by TimberwolvesTeamStore.com. Unavailable items will be credited to your account when applicable. We will send the remainder of your order with appropriate adjustments for the out of stock item(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by TimberwolvesTeamStore.com. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or limit quantities of any product ordered. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of any item until you place an order.

TimberwolvesTeamStore.com maintains the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to orders that contain incorrect prices or product descriptions, orders that TimberwolvesTeamStore.com believes the customer has violated applicable law, and orders that TimberwolvesTeamStore.com believes are harmful to its clients or affiliates.
Customization may add 7-10 business days to the shipping time. Please limit custom names to 12 characters and custom numbers to 2 characters.
Customized merchandise may not be returned. Please note that custom gear is final sale. Once submitted, items cannot be edited or canceled.
At this time, orders from TimberwolvesTeamStore.com can only be shipped within the United States and Canada.
