Return items purchased at TimberwolvesTeamStore.com via mail. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original card used to make the purchase. Find out more about returns.
Once an order is entered into our system, a customer service agent may or may not be able to cancel your order. Reach out to us at support@timberwolvesteamstore.com to find out if we're able to cancel your order prior to fulfillment. Please note that custom gear is final sale. Custom merchandise may not be returned.
Timberwolves Team Store Gift Cards are not supported online. You may use your gift card in the Timberwolves Team Store at the arena.
